Terms of Service

Effective 1 January 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SocialSpider AI's platform and services. By using SocialSpider AI, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use SocialSpider AI. If you are using the platform on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at [email protected].

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use SocialSpider AI to:

  • Publish spam, misleading content, or content that violates platform policies of connected social networks
  • Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models or source code
  • Use the service to train competing AI models without our written consent
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

4. Intellectual property

Content you create using SocialSpider AI remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to process your content to provide the service. Our platform, AI models, and technology are owned by SocialSpider AI and protected by intellectual property laws.

5. Subscription and billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods except where required by law.

6. Service availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services, including social media platforms or infrastructure providers.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SocialSpider AI's total liability for any claims arising under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' notice. We may terminate immediately for material breach of these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
